The Dubourg-groupe.fr website (the “Site” or the “Platform”) is a showcase site offering a view of all the services offered by FBUA and its subsidiaries, hereinafter referred to as “the Dubourg group”.
The version of these general conditions of use currently online is the only one that is enforceable for the entire duration of use of the Site and until a new version replaces it.
PREAMBLE: Definitions
User : means any person consulting the Site.
Contents: any text, graphics, images, music, video or other material posted online.
The Site is technically managed and administered by FBUA. It is the property of FBUA, a simplified joint stock company (SAS), with capital of €4,105,500.00, registered in the Libourne trade and companies register under the unique number 812 433 316. The publication director is Dominique DUBOURG, as President.

Access to the site
Any User of the Site, declares by accessing the Site, to have read these general conditions of use and to expressly accept them without reservation. These general conditions are binding on any User of the Platform for any reason whatsoever.
The rules of good conduct to be respected
Users agree to comply with these Conditions throughout their browsing on the site as well as all applicable laws.
Rule #1: Respect for content and intellectual property rights
Each User must respect all elements forming an integral part of the Website, namely the Content put online by the Dubourg group and accessible by Users.
These Contents may be protected by intellectual property rights (in particular copyright, trademark law, patent law), as provided for by the Intellectual Property Code and international treaties (“ Intellectual Property ”) that you agree to respect.
Rule No. 2: Respect for the rights of third parties
In particular, it is prohibited, without this list being exhaustive, to:
- defame, insult, harass, stalk other Users or representatives of the Dubourg group
- impersonate other Users or third parties
- post false information via the contact form
- prevent other Users from accessing or using the Platform
- promote any religion or religious activity
Rule #3: Respect for safety
In particular, it is prohibited, without this list being exhaustive, to:
- transmit viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or any other element of a destructive nature or likely to steal or reveal data of another user
- promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities
- promote physical or moral violence against a group or person
- use any robot or other device to retrieve or index all or part of the Platform or to collect information about Users for unauthorized purposes
In the event of non-compliance with these rules by a User, the Dubourg group reserves the right to apply sanctions. These sanctions will be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation and the seriousness of the facts attributed to the User.
The Dubourg group will be able to:
- restrict or suspend the User's access to the contents of the Site
- temporarily or permanently ban him from accessing the contents of the Site
The Dubourg group may also take legal action to incur the civil or criminal liability of the User when their behavior infringes the Content, in order to obtain compensation.
Intellectual Property
All Intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the structure and content of any nature whatsoever of the Site (in particular images, sounds, videos, photographs, texts, animated images, logos, data) are the exclusive property of the Dubourg group. These intellectual or industrial property elements are made available to Users, exclusively within the framework of the use of the Site in accordance with these general conditions of use.
Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation in any form whatsoever, of all or part of the elements of the Site, is prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright.
Any reproduction, even partial, without the prior authorization of the Dubourg group is prohibited.
In the event of violations of these obligations, the Dubourg group site reserves the right to pursue the perpetrator of the breach before the French courts.
Personal data
The personal data collected on the Site are as follows: surname, first name, title, email address, telephone number (optional), free fields (optional), IP address.
This data is collected and processed within the framework of the legitimate interest of the Dubourg group to respond to your contact request and with your consent as part of improving your experience on the website. It is kept for a period of three (3) years from the last contact with you and for a maximum period of thirteen (13) months concerning the IP address.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, limit, delete, modify and rectify information concerning you. Responsibility of the Dubourg group

The Dubourg group cannot be held liable in the following cases:

The Dubourg group is not responsible for damage caused by Users to themselves, to third parties and/or to their equipment as a result of their connection or use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including partners or social networks.
These sites are not published by the Dubourg group, which cannot be held responsible for the content published on them or for any damage resulting from the User's browsing of the sites.
General provisions
These general terms and conditions of use may be subject to modifications depending on the evolution of regulations, the offer and the market. Any modification will take effect from the online publication of new T&Cs replacing these.
The invalidity of one or more clauses of these terms and conditions may not, under any circumstances, result in the invalidity of the general conditions of use in their entirety.
Applicable law
These Conditions of Use of the Site are governed by French law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular law or regulation.
